DP for linux distributions

I have a desktop computer running Arch Linux, which I like, but don't have time to manage and update it. I am looking at Linux Mint, Fedora, Gentoo, and Debian as alternatives. Which distro would be best for me, assuming mostly productivity and gaming usage and something easy to set up and manage?
